Dalmatian food is served at the restaurant, where the large windows look out to Gruz Bay. Guests can also enjoy a drink at the bright café bar. Breakfast is buffet style.

Still possible to produce tasty vegetablesFrom garden to table
Dear guests, we would like to offer you the possibility to enjoy the local cuisine. In order to do that
we started growing our own vegetables applying the same methods that our ancestors did. The
garden in which we planted those vegetables is in Konavle, in Komaji-Vignje.
Living off the land is a fantastic way to accept the seasonal products (and stop the import of goods from distant suppliers), as well as to celebrate one’s culinary identity.
For centuries Konavle region has been known for the riches of its vineyards . The development of vine culture and vinemaking can be traced back to the Republic of Dubrovnik era, and today over forty excellent wines are manufactured here.
It is in this old vine region that the family Capor grows its vineyards. In the spirit of family heritage we recently established a new modern vineyard.
In cultivation of grapevine and production of our wines we rely on tradition, but also on new knowledge and technology.
For the love of wine we present the fruits of our labor:
- Merlot: quality red wine
- Chardonnay: quality white wine
- Adria: dry white wine (Chardonnay, Maraština and Trebiano)
- Ivka: dry red wine (Merlot, Vranac and Plavac)
